iImpact/Cerner Volunteer Program: Sourced and customized web platform to match thousands of associates with individual, group and leadership volunteer opportunities. Managed relationships with dozens of agencies to understand opportunities and build the directory and calendar before launching network of associate volunteer leaders to take over iImpact events and agency relationships.
Healthe Foundations: To expand mission of Cerner Corporation and it’s associates, created comprehensive online personal health curriculum for high school health class, still used for over 10k students per year. Focused on patients displaying preventable medical conditions, students played various healthcare provider roles to unpack diagnostic and treatment processes and build essential skills like communication and teamwork.
Pathways to Tech: Through partnership with PREP-KC, expanded existing Cerner Scholars program efforts with DEI focus to build and support more representative participation in Cerner talent pipeline programs. Model for shared pathways hosted by employers has been replicated across multiple industries with 4 school districts.
Real World Learning, Business to Education: Established practices and developed body of assets to implement partnerships between school districts and employers. Services include 1x1 coaching, needs assessments, facilitating peer learning, brand-able core promotional materials, landscape cultivation and scaled problem solving.
ProX: Co-founded regional solution to scaled work-based learning experiences in summer that also serves as an incubator for employer engagement, MVA attainment and professional development in support of collective real world learning goals.

Corporate Volunteer Council: Led group of peers in corporate community roles to learn from each other in building more robust channels to develop associates as community leaders and gain brand value through grassroots community presence
STEM Funders Collaborative: Established group of key corporate funders investing in STEM education to coordinate investments and expected outcomes around key programs and events
